Я работаю в центральном офисе банка в Москве. Он находится недалеко от метро Полянка. У нас 4 корпуса банка. Я работаю в главном на ресепшн. Я прихожу на работу в 8:45 чтобы успеть приготовиться к работе. Я включаю свой компьютер и телефон. Подготавливаю свое рабочее место. Смотрю какие задачи у меня есть на сегодня. В 9:00 приходят первые клиенты, я направляю их к нужным специалистам. Приходят представители разных компаний я провожаю их в переговорную комнату. Также отвечаю на входящие звонки в банк. Звонки бывают по разным вопросам, уточняя вопрос клиента соединяю его на нужный отдел на специалиста который ответит на его вопрос. Еще совершаю исходящие звонки. Звоню клиентам с просроченной задолженностью, сообщаю сумму и сроки для погашения. Еще я принимаю входящую корреспонденцию для банка, а затем отношу в отдел который распределяет письма по отделам нашего банка.В течении дня приходят сотрудники забронировать переговорную комнату или уточнить что-то.Я знаю все внутренние устройство нашего банка, могу подсказать в каких городах у нас есть филиалы банка, до скольки работают, и добавочный каждого сотрудника.У нас очень большой штат банка 1000 человек на все регионы.
