15.4 Судебное решение по арбитражно

15.4 Судебное решение по арбитражному решению может быть передано любому суду компетентной юрисдикции или в такой суд может быть подана заявка на судебное принятие арбитражного решения и исполнительного листа. Насколько это возможно в рамках применимого законодательства, настоящим стороны отказываются от всех прав на опротестование любых действий по судебному решению, которые могут быть вынесены на рассмотрение суда компетентной юрисдикции применительно к решению арбитражного суда или основанному на нем судебному решению.

15.4 arbitration judgment can be passed to any Court of competent jurisdiction or such court may be filed an application for a judicial acceptance of the award and the writ of execution. To the extent possible under applicable law, the parties hereby waive all rights to appeal any judicial decision which can be brought before a Court of competent jurisdiction in regard to the decision of the arbitral tribunal or it-based judicial decision.
