Working in a multicultural, multilingual school is a teacher at the same time and "challenge", and opportunity. "Challenge" is the difficulty of using universal educational resources (mostly, it is the verbal methods and techniques of teaching children) with students - from different cultures, which leads to a divergence of linguistic, cultural and practical experience. The possibility is to apply the cultural experience of each child for the enrichment of the whole group. The purpose of the teacher in this case is the use of effective methods to integrate the objectives of multicultural education (for example, to expand the forms and methods of intercultural dialogue between the different national groups) in the educational process of the school, which, in turn, reflects the specificity of educational activities in a multicultural educational environment.
