с точки зрения российской истории которая конечно оказывает преференции Армении в вопросе взаимотношений с турцией. подписание пРОТОКОЛ О РАЗВИТИИ ДВУСТОРОННИХ ОТНОШЕНИЙ МЕЖДУ РЕСПУБЛИКОЙ АРМЕНИЯ  и турецкой республикой. Российские политики подвергали критике Турцию за подписание соглашений без урегулирования Карабахского конфликта. Поэтому ратификация протоколов парламентами Турции и Армении был заморожен на неопределенное время.
я думаю для Армении позиция достаточно опрелеленная.. и вряд ли будут изменения учитывая почти наследственную передачу власти в Армении
