6.4.7. После того, как Страхователю

6.4.7. После того, как Страхователю стало известно о наступлении любого события, имеющего признаки страхового случая, он обязан незамедлительно, но в любом случае не позднее 3-х рабочих дней, уведомить об этом Страховщика любым доступным способом (устно по телефону [phone], по электронной почте _____________ или используя факсимильную связь), с обязательным последующим (в срок не позднее 7-ми рабочих дней) письменным подтверждением уведомления. Такое уведомление должно содержать в наиболее полном объеме информацию об обстоятельствах события, имена и адреса всех лиц, вовлеченных в событие и возможные последствия события.
Несвоевременное уведомление Страховщика о наступлении событий, указанных в настоящем пункте Договора, дает последнему право отказать в выплате страхового возмещения, если не будет доказано, что Страховщик своевременно узнал о наступлении страхового случая либо, что отсутствие у Страховщика сведений об этом не могло сказаться на его обязанности выплатить страховое возмещение.
