- complete 315 point tasks and above
- if you want to be in the hood but don't want to or can't help with derbies then you need to opt out of the derbies.
- level 18 and above



if you join and refuse to opt out of derbies and fail to complete tasks and don't help anyone yet collect weekly prizes you will be warned if it happens again you will be booted slackers/freeloaders are not tolerated
