Впервые в Украине между работодател

Впервые в Украине между работодателями и профсоюзами был создан Двухсторонний социально-экономический совет в отрасли морского транспорта, исходя из того, что существует необходимость сближения позиций, достижения договоренностей и принятия ответственных решений по вопросам реформирования отрасли морского транспорта, формирования и реализации государственной социальной и экономической политики, регулирования трудовых, социально-экономических отношений, консолидации усилий для поиска решения проблемных вопросов в морской отрасли, а также разделяя взгляды относительно необходимости улучшения инвестиционного климата в Украине с учетом сохранения баланса интересов работодателей и работников.

For the first time in Ukraine between employers and trade unions was created by Bilateral social and Economic Council in the maritime transport industry, assuming that there is a need for convergence, reaching agreements and make responsible decisions on the reform of maritime transport industry, the formulation and implementation of State social and economic policy, regulation of labour, socio-economic relations, consolidating the efforts for finding a solution to the problematic issues in the maritime industry, as well as sharing views on the need to improve the investment climate in Ukraine, taking into account the preservation of a balance between the interests of employers and employees.
