3.9. Поставщик считается надлежаще

3.9. Поставщик считается надлежаще исполнившим свои обязательства по поставке, если он осуществил поставку Товара в соответствии с п.2.4., п. 3.7. настоящего Договора:
а) в согласованную с Покупателем дату;
б) в ассортименте и количестве согласно согласованному Сторонами Заказу;
в) по ценам, согласованным Сторонами в Спецификации;
г) с документами, относящимися к Товару, и товаросопроводительными документами, указанными в п. 2.2., 3.10. настоящего Договора;
д) в полном соответствии с порядком, установленным законом и условиями настоящего Договора.
Товар считается переданным Поставщиком после вручения Товара Покупателю или представителю Покупателя, что подтверждается подписью уполномоченного представителя Покупателя на товаросопроводительных документах по поставленной партии Товара. Право собственности на принятый Покупателем Товар переходит на Покупателя с момента завершения приемки Товара.
