«Никто не знает, почему происходят преступления…» В этом тексте автор рассказывает нам про несколько теорий объясняющих причину преступлений.
Начиная от теологической теории, что преступления происходят по наущению дьявола, автор начинает свое повествование о происхождении преступного умысла. Вторая теория Чарльза Ломброзо, объясняет преступления как наследственный патоген, однако её впоследствии опровергли. Третья теория Монтескье об окружающей среде, преступления против личности больше в теплых краях, а имущественные в холодных. Четвертая версия связана с нищетой общества и стремлением выжить. Но в итоге современное общество пришло к выводу объединить все прошлые теории в новую единую теорию.
Автор в выводе говорит о недостижимости истинного понятия цели преступления.
И я согласен с точкой зрения автора, так как истинные мотивы и факторы подвигнувшие преступника, определить практически невозможно.
