Если бы я имела право создать закон

Если бы я имела право создать закон, мой закон был бы такой.
В ВУЗе мы изучали бы только дисциплины которые пригодятся нам на работе. Не было бы таких предметов как философия для программистов и так далее.
Такие дисциплины бы преподавали в школе или отдельный курс сделали бы по ним. Где каждый желающий мог пройти этот курс на всестороннее развитие личности для себя.
Сократили бы бакалавриат до 2-ух лет. У студентов появилось бы больше времени.
У них бы появилось желание получить еще одно образование. При этом не потратив много времени на обучение в ВУЗе на одной специальности. 2 года изучаешь, то что тебе нужно будет на работе делать. Либо, если хочешь что-то узнать, расширить свои границы возможностей и знаний в этой специальности, то идешь на магистратуру. Где более углубленно будешь изучать данную специальность, то есть повышение квалификации.
