On behalf of Mr. József Simola, Group Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Pál Kara, Group General Counsel, we kindly request you to fill in the attached, very simple questionnaire and send it back latest until April 4th, 2014, which shall then be used in an ongoing internal investigation requested by the Supervisory Board of MOL Plc.

The questionnaire must be filled in and returned regardless whether you have held the position ever since 2003 (or even your company did not exist then), i.e. you must make sure to eventually identify reliable data of the past based on which you may make your declaration.

Please follow the following procedure:
• The questionnaire should be filled in and signed by the CEO and the CFO of the company
• Please indicate the date of signature(s)
