Моя учительница по ююю все время повторяла одну фразу : «У меня диплом не купленный!» И эта фраза отражает всю систему образования в Украине.

На данном этапе меня, как будущего педагога, волнует проблема образования в нашей стране . Так как общий уровень образованности на планете растет и технологии двигаются вперед эта проблема становится еще более важной.

Кроме будущей профессии, образование наделяет нас способностью мыслить ,развивает мировоззрение человека , что в свою очередь определят амбиции человека и будущее развитие нации в которой он живет . А будущее моей страны очень важно для меня. К большому сожалению, обучение в нашей стране не на высоком уровне. Это связанно с такими факторами как : устаревшие подходы к обучению учеников, низкий уровень подготовки специалистов, нехватка квалифицированных преподавателей.
Международный опыт образования может помочь нашим учителям в разработке новых подходов к ученикам . Так же очень важно чтобы педагог имел практику в преподаваемом им предмете.
Для меня ,как для будущего учителя Английского языка, важно получить практику владения языков в англоязычной среде. Так я смогу доносить ученикам важные аспекты языка ( в особенности произношения), а так же ознакомить с культурой и обычаями страны .
Так как я работала вожатой в детском летнем лагере, я имею представление об образованности наших школьников. В лагере дети были разного возраста и из разных частей нашей станы. Могу отметить, что многие из них не успевают за школьной программой по английскому языку. Так же есть дети со значительно превосходящими знаниями. Не могу не подчеркнуть, что в любом из этих случаев детям становится не интересно на уроках ( кому из-за непонимания материала, кому из-за знания преподаваемого материала ). Так же дети жаловались на однообразие уроков , которое вызвано толи недостаточной финансовой поддержкой , то ли не желанием учителей, а может и тем и другим. Я считаю ,что многие учителя не заинтересованы свои предметом и детьми. Конечно, это большой труд готовить дополнительный и интересный материал, но у желающего донести материал юному поколению всегда должно хватать сил и энергии.
Как по мне , так учитель проникшийся страной в которой он преподает не сможет равнодушно излагать материал , а именно это большего всего захватывает учеников : сияние в глазах учителя при разговоре о культуре ,обычаях, традициях иностранной страны. Но для того чтобы иметь реальное представление об этом учителю нужно посетить эту страну.
Так же очень важной проблемой учителей иностранных языков это правильное произношение слов, правильные ударения. Нигде не перенять этот бесценный фонетический опыт кроме как погружения в языковую среду. Многие учителя имеют так же проблему с правильным понимаем иностранной речи которую так же можно поправить только общаясь с носителями языка. И ,конечно же, грамматические конструкции закрепляются только в общении. А как же можно преподавать язык детям делая такие ошибки ? Дети же как губки, они питают все наши ошибки .
Я бы хотела этим сказать, что только окунувшись в англоязычную страну , я смогла бы научиться всем аспектам английского языка: включая грамматику и фонетику. Так же это придаст мне энтузиазма и воодушевления ( натхнення) чтобы привить интерес к англоязычному языку , культуре и традициям страны добавляя факты из личного опыта.
А для учеников это возможность познавать мир, заводить новые знакомства, читать книги в оригиналах и смотреть фильмы, а так же открытые пути во многие страны без языкового барьера
