My teacher at yuyuyu kept repeating one sentence: "I have not bought a diploma!" And this phrase reflects the entire education system in Ukraine. At this stage I, as a future teacher, concerned about the problem of education in our country. As the general level of education in the world is increasing and technology moving forward, this problem becomes even more important. In addition to a future profession, education gives us the ability to think, develops a person's world, which in turn will determine the person's ambitions and the future development of the nation in which he lives. And the future of my country is very important to me. Unfortunately, education in our country is not at a high level. This is due to factors such as outdated approaches to teaching students, the low level of training, lack of qualified teachers. The international education experience can help our teachers to develop new approaches to the students. It is also very important that the teacher had to teach them the practice of the subject. For me, as a future teacher of English, it is important to get the practice of language proficiency in the English-speaking environment. So I can tell the students the important aspects of the language (especially pronunciation), as well as to familiarize with the culture and customs of the country. As a counselor, I worked in a children's summer camp, I have an idea about the education of our students. In the camp of the children were of different ages and from different parts of our mills. I can say that many of them do not have time for the curriculum in English. Just have children with vastly superior knowledge. I can not stress that in any of these cases the child becomes interested in lessons (who because of lack of understanding of the material, who because of the knowledge taught material). As the children complained about the monotony of lessons, which is caused by a lack of financial support or omitted, or did not wish the teachers, and maybe both. I believe that many teachers are not interested in the subject and their children. Of course, this great work to prepare an additional and interesting stuff, but who wants to bring the material to the young generation should always have enough strength and energy. As for me, as a teacher pierced with a country in which he teaches can not indifferent to present the material, and this is what most captures students : glow in the eyes of the teacher when talking about the culture, customs and traditions of foreign countries. But in order to have a real idea of this teacher to visit this country. It is also very important problem of foreign language teachers is the correct pronunciation of words, the right accent. Nowhere learn this invaluable experience phonetic except immersion. Many teachers have the same problem with the correct understanding of foreign speech, which also can be corrected only communicating with native speakers. And, of course, grammatical structures are fixed only in the communion. And how can we teach children the language of making such mistakes? The children are like sponges, they feed all of our mistakes. I would like to say that only a dip in the English-speaking country, I was able to learn all aspects of the English language: including grammar and phonetics. Also, it will give me the enthusiasm and excitement (nathnennya) to instill an interest in the English-speaking language, culture and traditions of the country adding facts from personal experience. For students it is an opportunity to explore the world, make new friends, read books in the original and watch movies as well also open the way to many countries without any language barrier
