7.1. Проведение работ. Все работы, которые выполняет Исполнитель для Заказчика или по его поручению, и весь продукт, полученный вследствие проведения данных работ, будут переданы Заказчику. Исполнитель обязуется не нарушать патентные, авторские и прочие права собственности в процессе осуществления проекта.
7.2. Гарантии при проведении работ. Исполнитель обладает высокой квалификацией и достаточным опытом для проведения работ, указанных в Приложениях. Заказчик полагается на квалификацию Исполнителя при выполнении им работ согласно условиям настоящего Договора, однако Заказчик обладает правом на замечания и претензии по поводу ненадлежащего оказания услуг Исполнителем.
