Под индивидуальным подходом подразумевается обучение слушателей группы по одной программе, но с учетом их индивидуально-возрастных особенностей. Основными целями индивидуализации являются: устранение пробелов на входящем уровне владения языком, предотвращение отставания в дальнейшем процессе обучения; развитие интеллектуального потенциала слушателей, логического мышления, памяти; формирование индивидуального стиля овладения иностранным языком; формирование мотивирующего фактора.
