по поводу С-r сигмовидной кишки. Патогистологическое заключите №10887-91/15: Низко дифференцированная аденокарцинома, с прорастанием в серозный слой. После операции больному установлен диагноз: С-r сигмовидной кишки, pT1N0M1 2. Mts в печень. Состояние после операции. Больной направлен в ТашГОД для проведения спец. Лечения.
Больной обследован: Рентгеноскопия грудной клетки от 12.11.15. Легкие, сердце в пределах
нормы. ЭКГ от 11.11.15: Ритм синусовый с HR 86 ударов в минуту. Больной осмотрен
онкохирургом и химиотерапевтом. Рекомендованы курсы ПХТ. Больной госпитализирован в
отделение химиотерапии для проведения 1го курса химиотерапии.
