В случае непоставки Товара, Продавец обязуется вернуть Покупателю уплаченную стоимость непоставленного Товара. Срок возврата – в течение срока действия настоящего Рамочного соглашения.

Результаты (английский) 1:

In the case of non-delivery of the goods, Seller shall return to buyer paid the price of the undelivered goods. Repayment period-for the duration of this framework agreement.

Результаты (английский) 2:

In the case of non-delivery of the goods, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer the price paid by the undelivered goods. Payback period - during the term of this Framework Agreement.

Результаты (английский) 3:

In the event Goods shipped, the seller undertakes to return buyer paid the cost непоставленного goods. The term return - during the term of this Agreement.
