В случае расторжения (прекращения)

В случае расторжения (прекращения) Договора и/или соответствующего Дополнительного соглашения, а также отказа Заказчика от услуг по настоящему Договору и/или Дополнительному соглашению, Заказчик обязан оплатить все услуги Исполнителя, оказанные по настоящему Договору и/или Дополнительному соглашению на момент расторжения, а также возместить Исполнителю издержки, понесенные последним при исполнении Договора.

Результаты (английский) 1:

In case of dissolution (termination) of the Treaty and/or the relevant additional agreement, as well as the refusal of services hereunder and/or additional agreement, the customer is obligated to pay for all services rendered by Artist hereunder and/or additional agreement at the time of dissolution, as well as to reimburse costs incurred by the Executive Director in the performance of the contract.

In the event of termination (termination) of the Treaty and / or the Supplementary Agreement, as well as the refusal of the Customer from the services under this Agreement and / or the Supplementary Agreement, the Customer shall pay the Contractor all services rendered under this Agreement and / or the Supplementary Agreement to the date of termination, and reimburse the Contractor the costs incurred by the latter in the performance of the Contract.
