5.4.5. На условиях отсрочки платежа

5.4.5. На условиях отсрочки платежа: оплата за Товар производится в течение 35 (тридцати пяти) календарных дней с момента перехода права собственности на Товар от Поставщика к Покупателю на основании счета-фактуры, переданной Поставщиком в соответствии с п. 3.10. настоящего Договора.
В случае если срок оплаты приходится на выходной или праздничный день, оплата производится в первый рабочий день, следующий за выходным или праздничным днем. Покупатель вправе оплатить полученный товар досрочно.
5.5. При заключении настоящего Договора Стороны пришли к соглашению о порядке расчетов за Товар в соответствии с пп. 5.4.5. настоящего Договора.
5.6. При определении отсрочки платежа и оплаты за поставленный Товар Сторонам необходимо учитывать требования предусмотренные Федеральным законом «Об основах государственного регулирования торговой деятельности в Российской Федерации» от 28.12.2009 N 381-ФЗ.
5.7. Обязательство по оплате Товара считается исполненным в момент списания денежных средств с расчетного счета Покупателя.
