• Рабочие (работники массовых профессий) это наиболее многочисленная группа, которая подразделяется на рабочих основных работ и вспомогательных работ. Рабочие основных работ заняты в основном производстве предприятий. Рабочие вспомогательных работ помогают основным работникам выполнять работу по основному виду деятельности предприятия.
По уровню квалификации рабочие могут быть:
▪ квалифицированными;
▪ малоквалифицированными;
▪ неквалифицированными.
Их соотношение на предприятии зависит от видов и объемов выполняемых работ.
• руководители - лица, наделенные полномочиями принимать управленческие решения и организовывать их выполнение. Они подразделяются на:
линейных, возглавляющих относительно обособленные хозяйственные системы;
функциональных, возглавляющих функциональные отделы или службы.
• специалисты -работники, занятые инженерно-техническими, экономическими, бухгалтерскими, юридическими и другими аналогичными видами деятельности.
• служащие - работники, осуществляющие подготовку и оформление документации, учет и контроль, хозяйственное обслуживание и делопроизводство (агенты, кассиры, контролеры, делопроизводители, учетчики, чертежники и др.). Работники нефизического и умственного труда, получающие заработную плату, т. е. фиксированный заработок.
