Фармакологическое действие:
Болеутоляющее, жаропонижающее, противовоспалительное.
Показания к применению:
Болевой синдром средней и сильной интенсивности различного генеза ( в т.ч., в послеоперационном периоде, при онкологических заболеваниях).
Способ применения:
Таблетки. Внутрь, однократно или повторно в зависимости от тяжести болевого синдрома. Однократная доза — 10 мг, при повторном приеме рекомендуется принимать по 10 мг до 4 раз в сутки в зависимости от выраженности боли; максимальная суточная доза не должна превышать 40 мг. При приеме внутрь продолжительность курса не должна превышать 5 дней.
Особые указания:
Влияние на агрегацию тромбоцитов прекращается через 24–48 ч. Гиповолемия повышает риск развития побочных реакций со стороны почек. При необходимости можно назначать в комбинации с наркотическими анальгетиками. Кетанов не рекомендуется применять в качестве средства для премедикации, поддерживающей анестезии и обезболивания в акушерской практике. Не использовать одновременно с парацетамолом более 5 дней.
