Отек параорбитальных мягких тканей справа. Отмечается выпуклая деформация нижней стенки правой орбиты с пролабированием костных отломков, нижней прямой мышцы глазного яблока и клетчатки орбиты книзу.

Paraorbitalnah soft tissue swelling on the right side. The convex lower wall deformation of the right orbit with prolapsed fragments, the bottom straight muscle of the eyeball and fiber orbit inferiorly.

Swelling paraorbital soft tissue on the right. There convex deformation of the bottom wall of the right orbit with prolapse of bone fragments, inferior rectus muscle tissue of the eyeball and the orbit downward.
