ОБ УТВЕРЖДЕНИИ
ФЕДЕРАЛЬНОГО ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОГО СТАНДАРТА
СРЕДНЕГО ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ ПО СПЕЦИАЛЬНОСТИ
40.02.01 ПРАВО И ОРГАНИЗАЦИЯ СОЦИАЛЬНОГО ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ
В соответствии с подпунктом 5.2.41 Положения о Министерстве образования и науки
Российской Федерации, утвержденного постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от
3 июня 2013 г. N 466 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2013, N 23, ст. 2923; N
33, ст. 4386; N 37, ст. 4702; 2014, N 2, ст. 126; N 6, ст. 582), пунктом 17 Правил разработки,
утверждения федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов и внесения в них
изменений, утвержденных постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 5 августа
2013 г. N 661 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2013, N 33, ст. 4377),
приказываю:
1. Утвердить прилагаемый федеральный государственный образовательный стандарт
среднего профессионального образования по специальности 40.02.01 Право и организация
социального обеспечения.
2. Признать утратившим силу приказ Министерства образования и науки Российской
Федерации от 13 июля 2010 г. N 770 "Об утверждении и введении в действие федерального
государственного образовательного стандарта среднего профессионального образования по
специальности 030912 Право и организация социального обеспечения" (зарегистрирован
Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 6 сентября 2010 г., регистрационный N 18360).
3. Настоящий приказ вступает в силу с 1 сентября 2014 года.

40.02.01 LAW AND ORGANIZATION OF SOCIAL SECURITY
In accordance with paragraph 2.5.41 of the Regulations on Education and Science Ministry
of the Russian Federation, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation dated
June 3rd, 2013 N 466 (Collection of Laws of the Russian Federation, 2013, N 23, Art. 2923, N
33, Art. 4386, N 37, p. 4702, 2014, N 2, p. 126 ; N 6, p. 582), paragraph 17 of the Rules of development,
the approval of the federal state educational standards and amendment of
the changes approved by the Government of the Russian Federation dated August 5,
2013, N 661 (Collection of the legislation of the Russian Federation, 2013, N 33, Art . 4377),
hereby:
1. To approve the federal state educational standard
of secondary vocational education on a specialty 40.02.01 Organization Law and
Social Security.
2. To declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian
Federation of July 13, 2010 N 770 "On approval and enactment of the federal
state educational standards of secondary vocational education in
the specialty 030 912 Law and Social Security Organization" (registered
by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, September 6, 2010 , registration N 18360).
3. This order shall enter into force on 1 September 2014.
