Об утверждении федерального государственного образовательного стандарта среднего профессионального образования по специальности 38.02.07 Банковское дело
В соответствии с подпунктом 5.2.41 Положения о Министерстве образования и науки Российской Федерации, утвержденного постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 3 июня 2013 г. М 466 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2013, " .}Ч 23, ст. 2923; Х 33, ст. 4386; Nц 37, ст. 4702; 2014, 3Ч 2, ст. 126; N2 6, ст. 582; М 27, ст. 3776), пунктом 17 Правил разработки, утверждения федеральных государственных образовательных стандартов и внесения в них изменений, утвержденных постановлением Правительства Российской Федерации от 5 августа 2013 г. 1 б61 (Собрание законодательства Российской Федерации, 2013, N2 33, ст. 4377), п риказываю: 1. Утвердить прилагаемый федеральный государственный образовательный стандарт среднего профессионального образования по специальности 38.02.07 Банковское дело. 2. Признать утратившим силу приказ Министерства образования и науки Российской Федерации от 24 июня 2010 г. Х 703 «Об утверждении и введении в действие федерального государственного образовательного стандарта среднего профессионального образования по специальности 080110 Банковское дело» (зарегистрирован Министерством юстиции Российской Федерации 11 августа 2010 г., регистрационный Х 18120). 3. Настоящий приказ вступает в силу с 1 сентября 2014 г

Shall be invalidated the order of the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation from June 24, 2010 x 703 "approving and enacting federal State educational standard of secondary vocational education on a speciality 080110 banking" (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of August 11, 2010, registration x 18120). 3. this order comes into force on September 1, 2014 g Minister A.i. To declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated 24 June 2010 X 703 "On approval and enactment of the federal state educational standards of secondary vocational education in the specialty 080110 Banking" (registered by the Ministry of Justice August 11, 2010 ., registration X 18120). 3. This Order comes into force on September 1, 2014
