Так вот,законодательная власть-это

Так вот,законодательная власть-это парламент,который пишет законы. Соотвественно, существует третья ветвь власти и это-судебная власть. Судебная власть также представлена верховным судом. Эти три ветви власти не могут,а также не должны друг другу подчиняться. То есть законодательная власть пишет законы,исполнительная власть эти законы исполняет, а судебная власть отслеживает исполнения этих законов со стороны исполнительной власти. Таким образом, в стране поставлен контроль.
