Пишу письмо в магазин в котором я была вчера.
Я искала платье для вечеринки.Мне нужна была помощь в поиске нужного размера. В поисках консультанта я обошла весь магазин. Но так и не нашла.
Тогда я решила примерила то платье, которые висело возле примерочной.. К моей радости оно мне подошло.
Когда же я платила за него, возле кассы стояла консультант и говорила по телефону вместо того, чтобы попросить извинения. Я не буду советовать ваш магазин своим знакомым и надеюсь, что ваших сотрудников обучат манерам поведения.
