The customers (orderers) are factories, distribution centers and private persons. The recipients are markets, shops, factories and private persons.

Transportation, 85 % of turnover

* regular collection from factories, 60 % of the transoport turnover

o frequency depends on the customer, 1-5 times/week

o the size of a delivery varies from a singel parcel to full load; for some customers the delivery size is always the same, for some customers it varies from 1 pallet to 10 pallets

o most of the orders are delivered straight to the recipients mainly in Kymenlaakso, South Karelia and Helsinki region; regular delivery addressess are markets and factories (50 %), occasional deliveries tosmaller shops, factories and private persons (50 %)

* occasional collection from factories, 20 % of the transport turnover

o according to the order

o the size of the deliveries varies from one pallet to full load and is usually delivered straight to the customer(s)

o some of the collected parcels and pallets are taken to the warehouse to wait for further transport or the recipient getting the parcels or pallets straight from the warehouse

* international transport using partner network in Europe (operating as integrator), 10 % of transport turnover

o transport to and from the ports

o organising the whole transport chain in Europe through partner´s transportation and warehousing facilities
