2015-05-18 я заплатил US $ 3.35 за ордер № 67290860556191. Продавец дал мне трекинг номер RK216092583CN. 06/22/2015 посылка поступила в мою страну – Казахстан. Трекинг номер проверял на вебсайте почтовой службы КазПост - https://track.kazpost.kz/RK216092583CN. 06/26/2015 посылка с трекинг № RK216092583CN поступила в город Темиртау, 06/29/2015 посылку вручили покупателю-хозяину Кузнецова (это фамилия покупателя-хозяина).
Но я живу в другом городе – город Актау. Моя фамилия Бондаренко. Сегодня, 06/29/2015, я проверил свой почтовый офис. Для меня посылка с трекинг номером RK216092583CN не поступила. Я не получал посылку от продавца Online Store 719832.
Вывод: с самого начала продавец предоставил мне трекинг номер для чужой посылки. Посылку для меня он не отправлял.
Прошу дать мне полную компенсацию за товар ордер № 67290860556191 - US $ 3.35.
Предоставляю скриншоты. В них все видно.
