ThermalIntegrityProfiler. Основной принцип работы данного оборудования основан на термометрическом методе – замератемпературы при твердении (схватывании)бетона - энергии гидратации.
Для этого в сваи заранее на всю длину закладывают металлические трубки определенного диаметра для перемещения в них термозонда с инфракрасными датчиками. Количество трубок зависит от диаметра сваи.
Глубинный датчик, соединенный с прибором TIP, отслеживает положение зонда во время опускания его на полную длину каждой трубки. Данные по температурам и глубинам, как правило, собираются через 12-48 часов после бетонирования в зависимости от состава бетонной смеси и диаметра скважины.
