Борис: При этом, у всех нас есть сформированные привычки ко вкусам. И когда мы создаем новые блюда, мы создаем их с мыслями, что они должны быть привычными для всех.


ЭТО ХОРОШАЯ И ДОБРАЯ ИДЕЯ ИЛИ ЭТО ВСЕ-ТАКИ БИЗНЕС?

Борис: Периодически мы слышим слова что-то вроде: «Мы думали, Вы этим занимаетесь ради идеи, а Вы, оказывается, тут деньги зарабатываете». Почему-то существует такое представление, что реализация благородной идеи и зарабатывание денег — несовместимы. При этом, сколько мы уже видели действительно полезных для людей проектов с хорошими идеями, высокими целями, которые не смогли существовать из-за отсутствия рентабельности. Лично я не стараюсь делать выбор между одним и другим. Мне важно чувствовать глубокую поддержку внутри себя той деятельности, которой я занимаюсь. Поэтому для меня это и идея создать что-то для других и возможность ее расширения, а также и возможность поддерживать себя.
