Редколлегия рассматривает поступившие от авторов материалы только в случае выполнения авторами условий публикации и соответствия авторских оригиналов требованиям, установленным редакцией.
Авторы статей несут всю полноту ответственности за содержание статей и за сам факт их публикации. Редакция журнала не несет никакой ответственности перед авторами и/или третьими лицами и организациями за возможный ущерб, нанесенный публикацией статьи.
Обязательные структурные элементы публикации
• индекс УДК (печатать над заголовком статьи слева)
• инициалы и фамилии авторов (инициалы - перед фамилией)
• название статьи (верхний регистр, жирный шрифт)
• полное название организации, представляющей статью (курсив)
• краткая аннотация на русском языке (не более 5–8 строк, шрифт - Time New Roman,кегль 12, курсив)
• ключевые слова (до 5 слов или словосочетаний, шрифт - Time New Roman, кегль 12, нормальный)
• основная часть
• библиографический список - форматировать c помощью инструмента Microsoft Word нумерованный список
• На английском языке: инициалы и фамилии авторов,название статьи, название организации, аннотация и ключевые слова (шрифты те же ,что и в русском варианте)
Электронный вариант публикации (не менее 4-х страниц печатного текста) должен быть выполнен в формате rtf с установками размера бумаги А4 (210х297мм) через одинарный интервал. Цвет шрифта – черный. Основной текст набран шрифтом Times New Roman, кегль 14. Высота букв, цифр и других знаков в таблицах и рисунках – не менее 1,8 мм (кегль 12). Текст публикации следует оформлять, используя следующие размеры полей: правое – 25 мм, левое – 25 мм, верхнее – 25 мм, нижнее – 25 мм.
Список использованных источников обязателен. Все ссылки в тексте на авторов и исследователей должны соответствовать конкретным источникам в списке.
Рисунки включаются в текст статьи.

Редакция оставляет за собой право проводить редакторскую и допечатную правку текстов статей, не изменяющую их основного смысла, без согласования с автором.
Информация о порядке и сроках оплаты высылается только авторам статей, отобранных редколлегией по результатам рецензирования в очередной номер. В случае незачисления оргвзноса в срок статья переводится в «резерв» журнала.
