критерии справедливого распределения доходов и богатства. При командной экономике такие критерии обычно разрабатываются в виде конкретных числовых показателей и все хозяйственные руководители должны строго их придерживаться. Например, в Советском Союзе были определены уровни зарплаты для всех категорий работников, и разница между верхним и нижним уровнями была относительно небольшой.
