1. Агентство в соответствии с закон

1. Агентство в соответствии с законами и международными правовыми актами, признанными Таджикистаном, осуществляет международное правовое сотрудничество с правоохранительными органами и другими компетентными органами зарубежных государств и международных организаций с целью:
- защиты прав и свобод человека и гражданина;
- борьбы с коррупционными правонарушениями и преступлениями, экономическими правонарушениями и преступлениями коррупционного характера, преступлениями, связанными с налогами;
- компенсации ущерба, нанесенного в результате преступлений;
- оказания взаимной правовой помощи по уголовным делам;
- выявления и расследования транснациональных преступлений коррупционного характера, розыска лиц, совершивших преступления с целью привлечения их к ответственности, установленной законодательством Республики Таджикистан;
– предупреждения легализации (отмывания) доходов, полученных преступным путем, и финансирования терроризма, а также вливание этих средств в экономику страны и других преступлений в сфере экономики.
2. В рамках своих полномочий Агентство устанавливает прочные связи с соответствующими органами других государств и международных организаций, сотрудничает с ними и заключает соглашения по вопросам правовой помощи и борьбы против преступности. Участвует в разработке международных соглашений Республики Таджикистан.

1. the Agency, in accordance with the laws and international legal instruments recognized by Tajikistan, carries out international legal cooperation with law enforcement and other competent agencies of foreign States and international organizations with a view to:- protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen;- combating corruption and crimes, economic offences and crimes of corruption, tax-related crimes;- compensation for damage caused by crimes;- mutual legal assistance in criminal matters;- identification and investigation of transnational crimes of corruption, tracing of perpetrators of crimes with a view to bringing them to justice, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan; -the prevention of the legalization (laundering) of proceeds received by criminal way and terrorism financing, as well as the infusion of these funds in the country's economy and other economic crimes.2. Within the framework of its powers, the Agency establishes strong links with relevant bodies of other States and international organizations, collaborating with them and concludes agreements on legal aid and the fight against crime. Participates in the development of international agreements of the Republic of Tajikistan.

- combating corruption offenses and crimes , economic crimes and crimes of corruption, crimes, related to taxes; - damages, caused as a result of crime; - mutual legal assistance in criminal matters; - detection and investigation of transnational corruption offenses, search of persons, committed crimes in order to attract them to justice, established by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan; - prevention of legalization (laundering) of incomes, received by criminal way, and terrorism financing, as well as an infusion of funds into the economy of the country and other economic crimes. 2. Within the framework of its authority the Agency establishes strong ties with the relevant authorities of other countries and international organizations, cooperate with them and conclude agreements on legal assistance and the fight against crime. Participates in the development of international agreements of the Republic of Tajikistan.
