К основным чертам современной социально-эколого-экономической системы можно отнести:
– становление постиндустриального технологического уклада, где ее целью и одновременно
важнейшим средством совершенствования становится развитие человеческого капитала, культуры и
науки. Для этой системы характерно непрерывное обновление техники, организации, экономики и
социальных отношений, в которых участвует большинство населения [3];
– наличие проблемы согласования экономической эффективности и социальной справедливо-
сти, в результате роста численности маргинальных групп, которые в силу физиологических или социальных причин не в состоянии создавать и использовать новые знания, необходимые для эффектив-
ного труда в постиндустриальной экономике [

леммы, институциональный дизайн, социальный капитал, социальная сеть, доверие и т.д., и их роль в
экономическом развитии;
– ухудшение состояния окружающей среды, что поставило под сомнение концепцию «эконо-
мического роста» и обусловило необходимость развития концепции «устойчивого развития» через
экологизацию производства, формирования экологической культуры. Но данная концепция должная
