Спорт в моей жизни играет важную роль.
Я очень люблю ходить в походы,выезжать на природу далеко от дома,заниматься физическими упражнениями,лазать по сопкам и другим возвышенностям. Это небольшая физическая нагрузка-полезна для каждого!
В 5 классе я была в скаутском лагере.Мне понравилось лазать по горам,пусть это мне тогда давалось с трудностями,но я их преодолела,именно это и учит выносливости и терпению.
Так же с 5 класса я занималась народными танцами,и там были свои сложности,если у меня что-то не получалось,то хотелось опустить руки и сдаться,но нет,я не давала себе отдыха и трудилась,чтобы получить желаемый результат.
Физкультурой я всегда занимаюсь с радостью.Как ее можно не любить? Я не люблю тех людей,которые отхлынивают от нее!
Так же,я стараюсь участвовать в спартакиадах и тур-слетах,но к сожалению в этом году мне не удалось в них участвовать,потому что я учусь совершенно в другом городе,но если бы я пошла в 10 класс,то с радостью провела деньки на спартакиаде и тур-слете.
