Агент Люк Хоббс отыскивает отошедшего от дел Доминика Торетто и просит его помощи — им предстоит остановить команду профессиональных гонщиков-преступников, работающих в Лондоне под лидерством Оуэна Шоу, в прошлом — бойца военного спецназа. Оуэн сразу сообщает им, что если его не отпустят с чипом, то его люди убьют Мию, взятую в заложники. Хоббс отпускает его и Оуэн тут же уезжает, пытаясь скрыться на самолёте. Команда вновь останавливает злодея, в этот раз убивая его, но при этом есть потери среди героев — погибает Жизель.
Далее мы видим всю команду в старом лос-анджелесском доме Торетто. Хан говорит, что уезжает в Токио. Там он впоследствии познакомится с Шоном Босуэллом и умрёт в аварии, подстроенной Иэном Шоу — родным братом Оуэна, который мечтает отомстить.

Новый «Форсаж 6» — это экшен, приправленный задорными шутками и пафосными вещами о семье и настоящей дружбе. Он действительно получился просто великолепным! Много экшена, много гонок, драк и не только между парнями, но и между девчонками. С каждым фильмом развивается сюжет, и семья Торетто пополнится новым членом семьи. Сценаристы практически не заморачивались над сюжетом. Главный злодей есть, любимая команда есть, крутые тачки имеются, даже воскресшая Летти. Создателям удалось выстроить сильный эмоциональный стержень. Героям хочется сопереживать, не смотря на очевидный хэппи-энд. Характеры раскрыты настолько, насколько это нужно для подобного рода фильмов. Финальная сцена и вовсе заставит стиснув зубы следить за происходящим. Без всяких там 3D и IMAX чувствуешь себя частью происходящего.
Создатели отлично пошутили, когда сразу же после фильма пустили недвусмысленную фразу «не пытайтесь повторить увиденное в реальной жизни». Авторы не стоят на месте, и уже через год главным антагонистом станет Джейсон Стэйтем.
