The article deals with the developed complex software-methodical support for georadiolokacionnyh studies in monitor mode. Results of approbation of the complex are based on georadiolokacionnogo survey of an area of 238 km dirt road "Vilyui". Georadiolokacionnye measurements on site 238 km completed in October 2015 and 2016 in March, in contact with the surface of the road. The basis of the complex is the original technique for monitoring the conditions of permafrost, the advantage of which is the definition of soil properties at each point of the targeted cut using raznosezonnyh measurements. Raznosezonnye measurements allow the most objectively evaluate a particular type of merzlotno-soil cut test plots road, reflecting the particular soil condition array (frozen, plastic-frozen and thawed soils), heterogeneity of road Foundation (suffozionnyh processes, the presence of wetlands, soils, permafrost degradation), identify the location of underground engineering communications.As a result, the possibility of visualization of georadiolokacionnyh monitoring data of soil moisture in the form of charts on the profile sensing with a binding to the studied sections of the highway, as well as the presentation of results using GIS Quantum GIS overlay on OpenStreetMap map.
