9.1. Настоящий Договор вступает в с

9.1. Настоящий Договор вступает в силу с момента его подписания и действует до «31» декабря 2015 г.
9.2. В случае если ни одна из сторон за 30 (тридцать) календарных дней до окончания срока действия настоящего Договора не заявит о своем намерении расторгнуть Договор, последний считается продленным на следующий календарный год. Количество пролонгаций не ограничено.
9.3. Независимо от истечения срока действия настоящего Договора или его аннулирования Стороны обязаны выполнить свои обязательства, принятые в период действия настоящего Договора.

9.1. this Agreement shall enter into force from the moment of its signing and is valid until 31 December 2015, "g.9.2. If none of the parties for 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the expiration of this agreement, declares its intention to terminate the contract, the latter shall be extended for the following calendar year. The number of extensions is not limited.9.3. Notwithstanding the expiry or revocation of this agreement the Parties shall perform their obligations during the period of validity of this agreement.

9.2. In the event that neither party thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of this Agreement declares its intention to terminate the Contract, the latter shall be deemed extended for the next calendar year. The number of prolongations is not limited.
9.3. Regardless of the expiration of this Agreement or its cancellation parties are obliged to fulfill their commitments made in the period of this Agreement.
