Монитор Lenovo LI2321swA, дефект вертикальная полоса (фото прилагаем), снаружи механических повреждений не видно.

Внутри повреждена защитный алюминиевый скотч (фото прилагаем), полоса на экране ровно напротив этого повреждения, дефект явно механический, нанести его можно только разобрав монитор.

Выполняем гарантийный ремонт или выдаем отказ? Если отказ то по какой форме. Наружных повреждений нет, клиент торговая сеть в г.Тулун, сдают регулярно технику Леново на ремонт.
