Одновременно к Покупателю переходят все права и обязанности участника Общества, возникшие до удостоверения настоящего договора, за исключением дополнительных прав, предоставленных участнику Общества и дополнительных обязанностей возложенных на участника Общества.

Результаты (английский) 1:

At the same time the purchaser assumes all rights and obligations of the company participant arising prior to the identity of this Treaty, except for the additional rights granted to the company participant and the additional responsibilities assigned to the participant.

Результаты (английский) 2:

Simultaneously to the Buyer all rights and obligations of the member of the Company arising prior to certification of the contract, except for the additional rights granted to member of the Company and additional duties assigned to the member of the Company.

Результаты (английский) 3:

at the same time for the buyer to acquire all the rights and obligations of party society raised to permit this agreement, except for the additional rightsparty of society and provided additional responsibilities assigned to the member of society.
