Здесь есть школа ирландских танцев, и они устраивают этот праздник каждый год, по сути самодеятельность, не очень масштабно, но было где-то 1000 человек. Они нарядили площадь, раздавали всем зелёные шарики, и вообще молодцы, все хорошо организовали=) Получается без поддержки властей города, то есть можно разориться=) Но зато хорошая реклама для них=)
