Накопив необходимый опыт, Константин взялся за реализацию новых проектов и уже в 1991-м году возглавил программу «Матадор», над созданием которой работал в качестве продюсера, ведущего и режиссера. Также Эрнст занимался претворением в жизнь некоторых других амбициозных проектов, среди которых были как телевизионные передачи, так и различные полнометражные фильмы.
