Для получения данного уровня поддержки Заказчику необходимо заключить договор на предоставление услуг.

По запросу Заказчика, Исполнитель обязан предоставить отчет об оказанных услугах за интересующее Заказчика время.

Помимо услуг службы технической поддержки, Заказчику назначается Ответственный специалист Исполнителя, который будет помогать специалистам заказчика в технических вопросах и координировать разрешении технических проблем связанных с продуктами и решениями Исполнителя.
