Настоящий договор считается заключенным с момента фактической передачи Займодавцем Заемщику суммы займа, что подтверждается распиской Заемщика, указанной в п. 4 настоящего договора.

Результаты (английский) 1:

This contract shall be considered concluded from the time of the actual transfer of Zajmodavcem to the borrower of the loan amount, as evidenced by the receipt of the borrower specified in clause 4 of this agreement.

Результаты (английский) 2:

The present contract is concluded with the actual transfer of the loan amount by the Lender to the Borrower, as evidenced by receipt of the Borrower specified in para. 4 of this contract.

The present contract is deemed to be concluded since the actual transfer utterly borrower loan amount, that is confirmed by receipt borrower, specified in p. 4 Of the present treaty.
