5.1. Лицензиар гарантирует, что вправе на исключительной основе использовать видеуроки способами, предусмотренными настоящим Договором, а также что права на видеуроки предоставляются Лицензиату с соблюдением прав их изготовителей, то есть лиц, организовавших создание видеоуроков, а также что использование видеоуроков, произведений, исполнений, фонограмм и иных объектов интеллектуальной собственности, вошедших составной частью в видеуроки, на условиях настоящего Договора не ущемляет и не нарушает чьих-либо интеллектуальных прав (авторских, смежных и иных), а также не нарушает установленные законодательством нормы морали, нравственности и иные ограничения использования.
