во вторых - да, я вас понимаю, вам интересно почему мышка сломалась, но и вы меня поймите - деньги я уже потратил, время потерял, но товар получил нерабочий. вы же мне предлагаете заплатить ещё 6 долларов за обратную доставку, и ждать не меньше месяца пока товар к вам дойдет.
напишите точно что вы как продавец предлагаете мне как вашему покупателю...
