Я не получила товар и мне не возвра

Я не получила товар и мне не возвращают деньги, хотя почтовый индекс был мною изменен до отправки товара поставщиком. А адрес дан правильно изначально.

I have not received the goods and I don't return the money, even though the zip code I changed before dispatch of the goods by the supplier. And address Dan correctly initially.

i didn"t get it and i don"t return the money, even though my zip code was changed to dispatch of the goods by the supplier. and the address is correct in the first place.
