Из анамнеза: Больной в течение нескольких лет наблюдается по поводу аденомы предстательной железы. Постоянно принимает омник, омник окас с положительным эффектом. В апреле 2012 г. при УЗИ выявлен конкремент мочевого пузыря размером 19x9 мм., однако, в связи с отсутствием жалоб, к урологу пациент не обращался. С 08.11.2012 г. больной отмечает примесь крови в моче без сгустков.
