stress is the reaction of our body to various adverse factors, such as cold or hunger. in times of stress is the hormone adrenaline, which makes our organism to survive. the main symptoms of stress are anxiety, fatigue, muscle tension, irritability, insomnia, difficulty in concentrating. i feel stress when i have a problem at school or when i was fighting with someone. i try to eat right, do yoga and meditation to reduce stress.
