При нативном исследовании:

Получено контрастирование просвета желудка, тонкого и толстого кишечника. Правые отделы толстого кишечника резецированы. Отмечается наличие межкишечного анастомоза. Стенки в области анастомоза без признаков утолщения.

Печень: правая доля печени уменьшена в объёме, по нижнему контуру печени и в
жировой клетчатке ворот печени - операционный материал. Антральный отделы желудка
интимно прилежат (спаяны?) с нижней поверхностью печени. Высота правой доли печени
до 173 мм, левой доли до 68 мм, поперечник до 183 мм. Контуры не ровные, четкие. Структура паренхимы не однородная‚ плотность в пределах +57+70 HU. Внутрипеченочные желчные протоки не расширены. Диаметр общего желчного протока - до 5,9 мм. Желчный пузырь резецирован.
