Здесь другая проблема, все помешаны на помощи. И плохие люди иногда пользуется этим. Недавно был случай, журналист из Санкт-Петербурга объявил, что он поссорился с женой, и она пропала, никто не знает где она, наверное, случилось что-то плохое. И всё общество сразу "Да, да, мы поможем найти её!" Создавались бригады, люди ходили по ночам с фонарями по соседним лесам, под мостами, спрашивали прохожих... Это не милиция, это простые разные люди. Потом через неделю выяснилось, что этот журналист сам убил жену и хранил её труп на балконе неделю. И как только это выяснилось, он сбежал. И все опять начали говорить "Какой ужас, что за зверство, давайте найдём его!" И та же самая история, те же люди с фонарями по лесу, бла-бла, хахаха. Или ещё полно акций "Помоги больным детям". Центральный канал в конце новостей делает репортажи о каком-нибудь конкретном ребёнке, где он, что с ним, какое лечение нужно, где, сколько стоит....И дальше надо прислать сообщение по номеру телефона, это будет стоить около 2 долларов.
